who does the paintings of men and women dancing on the beach? He's very popular right now ... I just bought my girlfriend the one where the woman is in the red dress, man is in a tux, and they are dancing on the shoreline with two butlers holding umbrellas over them.

BUT I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE ARTIST?!?
