We are launching a paysite and want to know what you guys want for sales, besides 50% recuring what else do you want like say for 10 sales 25 sales 50 sales and 100 sales, tell us what kind of prizes you guys want and for you to be willing to send us traffic.

What do you mean by this?

hosted galleries,
good content for affiliates,
and easy to navigate cash program, not too much of that you have to fill in all your info including your SIN to get to the cash site,
have an icq number on the contact page for special requests,
Have an affiliate manager who is not an ass

I've worked on two affiliate programs and in general people are really cool and you don't get too many weird requests, it should be a fun ride.

50% is a good incentive but 60 is a little bit better of course , you can always make something where you bump it up to 60 after 25-50 sales.

People that need to be motivated to send you 10 sales a period are still relatively small. Reward them by paying half of a nice partner account or half or more of a listing on a big tgp.

Give away some purchased gallery spots.



someone with a big enough traffic to send 25 sales in one pay period has enough cash to buy an Xbox.

The thought of a new Xbox doesn't motivate me to make galleries at 3 am. Its the money.


People that can make 100 a period are rewarded by the the money from sales. They dont do it for prizes.

Reward them with their paychecks, use prizes to keep them loyal.

I would bet that any paysite owner knows his big dogs personally. Personalize gifts for them. Get them shit they wouldn't ordinarily buy for themselves.

Send them a nice bottle of something that you know they like. Make sure they get a fedex the morning before the new XBOX comes out that they want.


In summary: Help your little guys get medium, Help your medium guys get big, and make sure your big dawgs know you appreciate them.

It seems your not understanding this. Gallery makers (good ones) dont like programes with hosted galleries. Why? Its very simple what tgp is going to list content when they can use it themselfs on hosted galleries?
