Photo Locations in the San Francisco Bay Area
 

I shoot photo/video projects practically every week in the SF Bay Area, therefore I am constantly searching for new locations to shoot at. If you have a residence or business that is useable please contact me to discuss arrangements (date/time, location, off-hours if for business location, etc).

ok from where You took that first shot, continue up the road for a few miles and on You're left there is an old Army barracks, closed down now and great for shooting, its a national park now i believe, now one ever there until now since I posted this lol

I've heard that it's not a good idea to shoot in National Parks.

Putting together a studio 90 east of San Fransisco....Call us Summer on the Delta Rocks, Also thinking of doing some shoots in the yosite national forest.

Wake boarding on the delta has alot of potential content.

Good luck getting your studio going. Let me know when it's up and running. I don't generally shoot in studios...I prefer shooting in regular settings (homes, pool halls, bars, etc), however if your studio has a unique look and you don't mind renting it out when it's not in use, I'll certainly consider it.

BTW, Yosemite was the specific place I was warned against shooting at. OMG, I love that place. I try to go at least once a year. What incredible beauty.

The Delta is fun...I've shot sets there a few times now. Would love to rent a houseboat on the Delta for a photo session some time. If you want to split the costs, shoot me an e-mail.

Office / Studio
 

actually, the studio is more an office to do interviews. Then we will move to the out-doors.

We would not actually shoot in Yosmite National park, but rather all along the lakes and rivers of the northern california foot hills.

I was thinking about a houseboat for Boardstock, But it seems Boardstock is going to be up in Napa this year at "Clear Lake". If it come to Twer park marina we will be there. Another good Idea Is Topless Tubing Down the Sacramento River.

I have this place in the hills where you can shoot behind a water fall.

Indoors Locations Needed
 

All of the photos posted so far in this thread were shot indoors, however the majority of what I shoot takes place indoors - mainly because the action gets quite loud in the hardcore scenes.

I'm looking for indoor locations in the Bay Area especially. If you would like to see what goes on behind the scenes at a photo/video session, here is your opportunity. I've been doing this for a long time, so I'm jaded, but people who host sessions generally indicate how interesting they find the experience. Plus you can get some special souvenirs that are not sold in stores = )

Do you know the guys at http://www.cybernetentertainment.com/ ? They're in San Francisco and may be able to help you with locations.

VideoJ - I have heard of them. I believe they are one of the largest producers in the area. They shoot more extreme content than I do, and appear to shoot in studios quite often, but it may be worth a try...so thanks.
