We both live in Queenslan - OZ - we are only moving to the us for summers and little holidays throughout the year - US winters we will spend in OZ to get an endless summer!!

Do you prefer a mugging or a traffic jam?
I'd say NY -- more community, more arts, more cool parks, museums, etc. etc... Air quality sucks both places... traffic is bad in LA as well as NY, but at least in NY you don't need a car... I'd say there are more young people in NY -- at least it seemed to me that way. Most of the nicer places to live in LA are full of fake people who adopt their personalities off the latest hot TV show. The nice thing about LA is that most of the adult industry is at your doorstep. If you think you are going to be "discovered" in LA -- that's why most people move there -- don't get your hopes up... For the best weather San Diego or the Bay Area. I liked the Bay Area myself lived there
for 20 years and just moved the Fresno. In the Bay Area, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale are all great, any further south like San Jose it get's a little warmer in the summer. Then you can just drive over to Santa Cruz if you want the beach. The big problem with the Bay Area now is "COST". I also lived in the Los Angeles area when I 1st came to Californa, but prefer the Bay Area much much more. For the cheapest big city now in the USA, would be Fresno, Californa. Jim |

We are hoping to moving there mostly for business reasons but we need a fun playground too! getting discovered isn't high on the prioirty list at all - I'm famous evough already LOL It would be nice to move somewhre we we know a few ppl! |

LA is nice too cause Vegas is just a 50 minute flight away or 3hr drive.
