If there was a way, just make it so no username can start more than one or two threads in a day. this would solve a lot of problems.

I usually don't notice someone like that until someone like this makes a thread about it. If everyone just ignored the idiots and posted productive business threads instead of complaining like this, it might help. Otherwise you are only helping turn the wheels. :)
