Cooking with Sonofsam (recipe+pics) for those who eat too much fast food like me lol

alright now.... i'm no cook... mostly the extent of my cooking is kraft dinner... lol ... but i eat wayyyyy too much fast food... usually at LEAST 2 times a day... and i'm not fat... i'm only 160... but i don't feel too healthy as a result of eating so much fast food.. and lack of running probably hehe.. anyways... i am going to try to cook for myself a little more often..

this is a basic recipe.... if i can do it... a stray dog who was hit by a car and is partially retarded can do it....

Servings for 2 people ( me and my roommate ate this and it turned out good)

Ingredients
_____________
1 cup rice
1 tbsp Curry powder
2 chicken breasts
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
4 tbsp virgin olive oil
1/2 onion

step 1 : put 1 tbsp curry powder into 1 cup water and when it boils add the half cup of rice and put it on low and cook it COVERED for 25 mins... when its over do not remove the top.. just set it aside

step 2: remove the middle shit from the peppers and put them into a frying pan with a chopped up 1/2 onion... 2 table spoons of olive oil.. cook for 5 mins and then set aside (till they are wilting but still crunchy

step 3: put the chicken breasts on the frying pan... let them cook once on each side for 4 minutes

step 4: put the vegetables on top of the chicken and add 3/4 CUP of water and then cover and let cook for 6 minutes

step 5: put rice on place and set chicken and vegetables on top.....

i just hand typed this bitches... someone better make this

and if you're wondering about the plates... its because me and my roommates are too lazy to clean dishes... so throwing out plates forks and cups is a lot easier :)

Curry is good.

It tastes better on real plates though :winkwink:

Buy yourself a George Foreman grill. You'll start eating better. Fast food twice a day is bad bad bad. I try to only eat it once a week max.

oh haha... the steering wheel is an aftermarket auto-technicka steering wheel.... never used it though and it was in the kitchen cause i cleaned it after my friend dripped oil on it by accident when they were blazing :)

L0stMind 03-08-2005 10:54 PM

maybe he takes off his steering wheel so its harder to steal his car and drive away with it? :)

sonofsam 03-08-2005 10:56 PM

and to top it off after the meal...

southpark and smoking a hookah (apple flavour)

You're not too far. Maybe I should invite myself over for dinner :)

NaughtyRob 03-08-2005 11:08 PM

There is a hookah in the cigar bar at The Hard Rock in Vegas. Fun to watch hot bitches sit there and suck on it.
