Paris Hilton and TMobile Enforcing Copyright On Sidekick Hack

They are using one of the same firms we use and we got a copy of a c&d on the address book and sidekick pics etc..

http://HotelHeiress.com is 100% Legal Content and creative available exclusively at http://XPays.com

The sidekick stuff does not appear to be public domain and on the bright side tmobile will help our exclusivity by shutting down their paris infringers.

The question could be whether or not the sidekick stuff is so widely distributed that it became public domain. With TMobile actively enforcing the copyright so soon after the leak, my personal opinion is that there will be no question they have the copyright and proving them wrong would be like winning a date with your sister anyway...

No I am saying that if one receives a c&d that to battle it out with tmobile and paris would be a fruitless effort and that is the only argument i can personally see somebody making.

Michael (XPays CTO) and my biz partner on everything is an attorney. I'll check and see if he has any opinion. I am not a lawyer and this message does not constitute legal advice.
