I don't think he's collecting emails, I think he's justs ending traffic over...literally, this isn't really pay-per-email it's more like 'pay-per-free', because you don't need confirmed emails to get paid.

It's just more people are used to hearing pay-per-email representing free than pay-per-free :2 cents:

To answer your questions,

1 - No, if you are on the pay per email program, you don't get paid on paid signups as well. You have to be on PPS or Revshare to get paid on those.

2 - There currently isn't any info about it, because we haven't released pay-per-email. It's coming in our new site version, HOWEVER in the meantime we've decided to offer this special. We've only made the required changes so that you can create campaigns under Pay-per-Email and get your linkcode. You can also see stats ofcourse.
