Dear Santa:

It's been a while since I wrote but I really didn't need anything before now. I've been trying to be good but it's a little hard with all these voices whispering in my head. It's a good thing you didn't give me that assault rifle that I wanted when I turned 16.

I'm not writing this letter just for myself. You see I got a friend being shipped out the day after Christmas. They say that he'll be in Europe for six months. He will be leaving behind a wife and two little kids. All I am asking is for him to make it back safe and sound for another Christmas.
