Must have software for design/webdevelopment?

I'm updating my software, gonna get
Adobe Creative suite 1.3 premium
Macromedia Studio MX with flash pro
any more that is good to have?

yup, those cover most of it, but there got to be some more software out there that I can use, got about $2k more to spend on software.
