looking for a serious business partner..

Ok, here is the deal:
I'm looking for a partner to run an affiliate program, I have a design and hosting for the program,
program is set up with ccbill. I have two paysites to promote, one is online (teens/masturbation/toys/veggie insertions niche),
second one is still in development (single girl site). Both of them have exclusive content and quality design.
I'm currently doing promotional stuff for the program (fhg's, hfs's, banners, etc.). Working website have not any members, however, it had in the past.

Few words about me:
I know how to build sites and how to market them. I'm not exactly a newbie at adult webmastering, but I'm not a guru neither.
I'm working in a mainstream company doing design and servers related stuff. I'm not a coder, i know php basics only.
I live in one of the new european union countries.

Why am i looking for someone else to work on this?
1. I know that a successfull program can't be a one man operation (it's only my opinion).
2. English is NOT my native language. I need someone who speaks fluently.
3. I can't do it all myself (shooting content/retouching/building sites/galleries/promoting to webmasters/administering affiliate program etc.)
I'd like to, but i can't... maybe i'm not good enough....
4. Two heads are better than one.

Who am i looking for?
1. Established webmaster with good working contacts.
2. Person which have at least some references.
3. You must know how to promote affiliate program and how to generate traffic for websites.
4. An open mind is a big plus..

What will you have from that?
As i wrote above, i'm looking for a partner, so we will share profits like partners.
My offer is:
first three months from start - 70/30,
next three months 60/40,
after six months 50/50,
meanwhile, we will have time to know each other.

And, the most important thing - I'm loking for a HONEST person.

Make sure the first thing to do is meet up with your partner somewhere. If he refuses...well thats not a good business sign then. :2 cents:

I would never response or search a partner like this, affiliate programs are long term. You need to have a decent business plan, set up in order to start it. You seem to develop a little program already which is almost ready for promotion, then last minute you switch and choose to work with an 'unknown' partner, you could do it on your own and hire some people to help you.

I have done affiliate programs, it did work out for almost a year. But in order to run and manage a ''successful'' program you need to focus on the long term, I end up learning the paysite game and learned a lot from my mistakes.

That's why I tell you, try to not involve partners in your affilaite program. It's a long term project which if it goes well will run for the next 10 years, think twice before you take a partner.

That's just my two cents Ribiko.

Goodluck :thumbsup
