Is it that fucking hard? Just about ever sponsor who isn't using CCBILL's program does this for me... I get emails with shit I can cut and paste into my DB... I get sales that day.... nice...

Hmm, so you are asking for a bit of effort from the sponsors. I think that's fair. I doubt a damn thing will change, even though it's just a simple php script that can do that.

We just were thinking to implement such a mailing system for our ccbill adverts. I event started to make a mailing script, but stopped because I thought it's not really useful thing for the affiliates. Now it's a little bit funny, isn't it? :)

I hope that is sarcasm in the first sentance.
If not when was the last time an affiliate offered a sponsor more? Over the course of several years and snowballing faster and faster, affiliates have been given more and more.
At one time a sponsor would have the site, offer up some banners if you were not inclined to make your own and some promo content. Affiliates had to work to make money.
Then came an abunance of free content, free hosting, free hosted galleries, free hosted free sites, custom banners/fpas/hpas/templates, exportable gallery databases, high quality pre-thumbed images, text description, free scripts, payouts via several options, and even then that is not enough.

It will never be enough.

Futre ICQ Conversation between an affiliate and sponsor:
Affiliate: hey buy me this domain, set up this type of site for me, and I would like it to update every day at midnight.
Sponsor: Which Niche?
Affiliate: Whichever one is converting the best this week.
Sponsor: OK will be done in an hour. Your personal webmaster will be lupe.
Affiliate: AN HOUR WTF!
Sponsor: That is just a worst case situation.
Affiliate: Ok better be :)
Sponsor: What is your paymenow account number?
Affiliate: WHAT KIND OF FUCKING BIZ ARE YOU RUNNIN YOU HAVE MY DAMN INFO!!!!!!!!

i dont bother reading sponsor emails unless they contain codes with working link codes in them.

so few sponsors do this

OMG, that would be so awesome. Copy, paste, review. Shit, you can even spell my name wrong or say hey you! I don't care just make it easy to import. Better yet hook up with Comus then all I have to do is click on the link that says get galleries and it snags all of them, deletes dupes, attaches my affiliate code and wam bam thank you ma'am we are all done. Your galleries are getting traffic and I can go have a drink! WooHoo!! Party like the wife is out of town!
