I have had countless problems with webair for a long time. Now I understand that a lot of people think it's a great service, but I did not find that to be true in my case - and I waited quite a few months for everything to be resolved. I finally changed hosts a few days ago. I went with http://www.highcountryhosting.com and they supplied me with a great affordable package. Although I can't say much about uptime, etc. yet, I can definitely vouch for fantastic customer service. I had constant database issues with Webair, and not one yet with High Country. No referral link here... just an honest opinion.

ya I know the feeling, there is a spammer (a big sponser that advertises here) on my network (I have co-lo boxes) and got our entire IP block banned by spamhaus ... it was that way for 2 weeks, then the prior month for 2 weeks also. I wrote them about screwing over other people on the network and all they had to say, we are working on it and we used an opt in list, we are sorry ...

i am a member of a whoreBBS and it was hacked last weekend due to this PHP exploit....
they have a toll free number and no fewer than 3 techs at a time online at any given time, are you that mentally inept that you cant contact them like that? you probably deserved to be hacked due to lack of brain activity, maybe serve as a jumpstart for the neurons and shit... |

Creating a thread on gfy is useless and stupid...The best thing to do in a situation where something is wrong you need to pick up the phone...and call...or hell click the live support icon... I've had to use the live support a couple times today since one of my new boxes came online...Its simple...Try it out...It dont bite! Jon |
