Anyone experienced Romania?
 

I have to go to Romania for a few weeks/months. Anyone live there or have any experience there? Cost of living, apartment, internet connection etc.? I need to continue my webmastering there so I ask.

Why do you have to go there? I know the country a bit, (been there before) you better not get out of the bigger cities a lot (lots of crime). Getting better now but used to be quite a major dump. Cost of living, including the Internet connection (a good one will cost you almost as much as the apartment rent (like 60-80 a month), should run you 400-500 a month.

They probably do. As to how much it costs - I've no idea (probably $100/month or something in that region).

as an romanian... you can live like a king with about 500 a month, as i know they have fast speed cable conection like dsl, adsl and stuff!!

The prices are very cheam - lower than 40 a month!

Yhe only problem is that the fast conection lines you'll find only on th large cities like Bucarest, Iasi , and ect' ... but it's damm cheap there!!

Be sure to take your own toilet paper, their butt paper is like sand paper. They have that brown construction paper that's not perferated, y'know, those dotted lines to help tear it off.

yeah, i got with a romanian girl before, she was the bombshit! i would love to go and chill in romania, euro chicks are fine as fuck. cost of living is really cheap, their avarage yearly income is only a $1000 i heard on 20/20.
