WinXP rollback system

someone must have updated my WMP to WMP10 and i didnt want this as it fucks up my encodign settings for CleanerXL

Does anyone out there know how to revert my system back to 2 days ago. I did it before, but I totally forget how as someone else was instructing me how to do it then.

please help, thanks.
