Smugly satisfied in my own custom geo/language ad, since
1) It never hangs
2) It's language-localised
3) I created it long before AFF had geoIP ads, and so I got in on the action before the world was used to seeing the ads.
Being novel pays off. Going with the flow rarely does.

I am assuming you mean you can't see anybody from AFF online at the moment, rather than AFF sites are down as they are loading fine for me.
