Looking good. Would exportable XML tables and rate lock mechanisms (ie., you specify the range and the system only exports those within the locked range) fulfill this?

Doesn't need to be exportable tables (I'm assuming this is for the PPC volume tool?), but just something similiar to overture's would be a great start.

As for bid mechanisms, something similiar to google's would be great, setting a max bid and automated bidding up to that max bid.
