Well I was playing Halo2 and I want an xbox now, and I remember someone giving away an xbox in a contest for x amount of sales, and I would love to make a few sales and get my xbox too :)

As for pills, how to promote depends on what kind of sites you run. But something as simple as a nice text link with a short description of the product in a visible area on your site can work wonders.
