What i need for directly register my domains on my server ? So i do not have to register my domains on other server ?

you cannot regisater your name on your server if you could everybody would be doing it.

However you may be asking how to point your domain to another server/host for that you contact your registrar of the domain and have them change the name servers to point to where you'd like to host.

Are you sure is not possible because some registrar offer domain ? so if you start your own registrar , you will able to register domain on your own server?
