Blog Gurus: Should I dupe my article content for use in a blog?

I'm currently busting out around 6 unique articles a day for my site healthygo.com and I'm exploring all possibilities of exposure. currently i have RSS setup and I plan to dupe the articles as press releases....

now how about blogs? what way should i go about setting up a blog in conjunction with the articles i write? could i just duplicate the article content? i wouldn't want to do that if it would hurt my site from an SEO perspective.

thanks.

I think you'd be better off using long articles for updates of the actual site and shorter articles as blog content. You could also include one paragraph of the entire article in a blog and then link to the full article like "read the full story here" etc.

sounds like the best idea, i could probably even just write a short unique summary for each article (which i could include on my article submission form) and use that as the content.

hmm, i have no idea how to setup a blog, shouldn't be difficult. having done a brief search i see a lot of references to dreamweaver and blogging.

You know that doesnt make sense right? ;)

But on the blog thing, yeah id do that, also mirror them on their own HTML pages with unique names and meta tags too :)

wordpress.org seems to be the best software for blogging. Easy, free and customizable.
