Do you think google likes blogs better on their own service like www.blogger.com or blogs on their own domain ??

I think the former.
They get spidered regulary and are given more trust.

A puplic blog service or your own domain and blog script.

Get a whatever.blogspot.com blog going that relates to your own hosted blog, include a paragraph of your actual blog and link to your blog (the full story) from there. Blogger is spidered fast and frequently and they'll find your own blog with no effort.

Why would I need 2 blogs ?
Is blogger.com blog somehow inferior to having your own domain blog ?

If blogger.com fits your needs then by all means use it. The main advantage with hosting your own is more flexibility in customization. :2 cents:

I am using my own domain and a own coded blog system.

he is saying to create something at blogspot that points to your normal blog cause blogspot gets spidered quicker and in return your site will get spidered quicker
