Judge's family killed.
 

(CBS/AP) The mother and husband of a federal judge were brutally killed execution style, according to a newspaper report. The judge was once the target of a murder plot by a white nationalist, and postings praising the slayings on supremacist Web sites were accompanied by "RAHOWA!", meaning "racial holy war."

Very sad news - I feel extremely sorry for the judge. We have had two family friends that were judges and they always worried about stuff like that happening. They both had a lot of security on their homes, but knew that would only do so much if someone were intent on hurting them or their families. They both knew that what they did for a living caused people to go to prison and that didn't make them friends. However, they really believed in upholding the law and protecting people.

As if the terrorists aren't bad enough....

I haven't kept up with this.. but this Matthew Hale guy is involved? He was on some HBO documentary a few years ago on hate groups in America. The guys was running the KKK out of his parents house.

This guy was connected somehow to the James Byrd murder case in Texas several years back if I remember right. Was the black man whom was chained to a truck and drug down a street until he died.

Then they didn't even manage to collect all their shell casings (duh)
