We have all our employees that work here at the office
sign and notarize a waiver form that explains the nature
of our business. Such as "viewing" pornography ect...

This way we are safe in the future from any
Sexual Harassment complaints.

Don't want to end up in court with a women saying

You've gotta be careful anyway, because even if they sign, it doesn't mean you cannot be liable. There are a ton of things that they could say... I didn't read it, didn't know what I was signing, didn't understand it, etc. etc. etc. I know you are signing as a CYA, but these things are like swiss cheese.

Just be careful, even though it is obvious they know what they are getting into when they take the job. And, keep in mind that judges and prosecutors (as well as society in general) do not tend to sympathize with the adult industry.

If I were to hire in house employees like that they would be signing a few difference pieces of paper. One like that for sure but a few others also.
