Lets say you had 500k. What part of hawaii would be the best place to buy a house?

No one knows much about hawaii? Im looking at real estate for the hell of it, and it seems like there is alot of places you can buy a decent place for that amount. But, I don't know, maybe its in the ghetto. Who knows.

You can;'t even get a decent apartment here for 500k.

if you have 500k to spend on a house and want to move to HI .. lower your house price to 300k and spend 200k and start a shop up there and collect from the tourist :)

Perhaps he has 500k as a down payment. :winkwink: That would get you into a nice property just about anywhere.
