Im selling GooDaily, it gets about 2500 uniques a month, 80% are typeins and bookmarks the rest is search engine traffic. You can see stats for the past year at http://www.goodaily.com/stats/

As for income it makes about $8-$12 a month from AP and it did make another $10 or so from Offshoreclicks but I just haven't bothered to change those links. Sites been around for a couple of years and people keep coming back so it has some value, though I realize not a whole lot.

Im looking for something in the $400+ range for the site, if I don't get it, I will just let the site run for another couple years and then try and sell it again. Ya I know, based just on revenue its not worth it but Ive had the site for awhile, I like the domain and its just not worth it to me to sell it for less. Like I said though if no one wants to buy it thats cool I will just let it run and make a few bucks a month since it literally takes no time to run.

Its priced at what Im willing to sell it at, whether thats overpriced or not is really of no consequence. Like I mentioned above, selling the site isn't a real priority, it takes no time to run, costs me no money to operate and it makes a few bucks a month. If people want to put their buying price at 12x revenue thats fine, each person has their own way of measuring what the sites worth, doesn't mean Im going to sell it for that price.

I have an offer for $350 which is getting closer to what I was looking for but not quite there yet.

I've sold somewhere in the neighbourhood of 50 sites the past 18 months and not once did the sale price come close to the 12x revenue number. Sure people make bids using that formula, but the people who really know whats going on never offer something that low.

In the end, people can offer whatever they want, its their money and if they feel comfortable only spending a certain amount thats cool, but it doesn't mean that no one else will spend more or that I have to accept it.

OK I got an offer for $400 and want to close this up within the next 24 hours or so, if anyone wants in, now is the time.
