Do you trust a host when...
 

The company named on your Visa card statement is so different from the company name that you know that you wonder "what is this"?

And

When you log into to your account with that hosting company to see your online billing statement, look at the phone number appearing at the top, call them and discover that you're talking to a septuagenarian who says "sorry son, you have the wrong number"

If your host did that, would you trust them?

Maybe it's a fairly new hosting company, maybe they are organizing their things. Maybe the credit card thing is no biggie, that it's being fixed up and I'm willing to be accomodating with that. But to actually put a bogus contact number on the invoice! I say that it's over the top. Do you think it is?
