This may have been posted before. If it was, please accept my soul rending and deepest apologies :winkwink:

If that shit happened here... massive lawsuits.

iwantchixx 03-02-2005 08:18 PM

Students in north america have it too easy. When punishment was dealt out years ago here kids listened and never fucked up again.

Punching a kid is too far though. They should bring back the strap.

Hell one of our teachers had a paddle with holes drilled in it. One student used to get his ass paddled about once a month from it. I know it had to hurt.

Makingcoin 03-02-2005 08:33 PM

That teacher is a coward.

eMonk 03-02-2005 08:37 PM

i believe it was normal for japanese males to abuse their wives back in the day. dunno about now...

smack 03-02-2005 08:37 PM

if a teacher ever touched my child like that, he would be hung and eviscerated on the lawn of the school.

jamesonxx 03-02-2005 08:38 PM

Back in middle school, there were a couple instances where teachers hit students. I witnessed one where the teacher grabbed the kid by the throat and lifted him up.

I guess education is a serious business over there! :winkwink:

Darkland 03-02-2005 10:02 PM

I believe in discipline but that guys punching her in the head. Thats right HER. Not sure how you people glossed over that, that isn't a male student but a female student, her hair is pulled back. If he punched my daughter like that I would pound him into a bloody pulp.

nojob 03-02-2005 10:47 PM

now a days in the good ol u s of a. our teachers do not beat they just sleep with the students .

that is completely wrong, that is just setting up for disaster and just provoking the kid to take violence back at him.

Tala 03-02-2005 10:58 PM

A tawse would handle most problems quite nicely. Any "teacher" who hit My child like THAT, however, would suddenly find himself introduced to the wall rather forcibly.

Spare the rod, spoil the child yes. Trying to coldcock kids is NOT discipline; it's abuse. Good thing kids can't get a hold of guns over there. That's a prime example of what brings on shit like Columbine.

Abyss_Vee 03-02-2005 11:07 PM

thats really fucked up. karma will get him

SmokeyTheBear 03-03-2005 12:11 AM

My teachers had cricket bats ,and a few of the used them fairly hard.

I was choked by the neck almost exactly like that one recently on tv in the usa by a gym teacher one time..

it was the funniest shit though. We were learning basketball ( indoor gym ) and we were in groups around the baskets and the teacher had done something to piss me off so when he turned his back i whipped a basketball full force at his head. LOL then runed around real quick and he didnt know who did it.

But he made us all stand on a line until he found out who did it and then freaked out on me and choked me up against the wall. I figured we were about even.

SetTheWorldonFire 03-03-2005 12:17 AM

SleazyDream 03-03-2005 02:08 AM

why is it NOT ONE PERSON ASKED - what did the kid do or say to provoke that behaviour?

what if the teacher just caught that kid selling drugs to a younger kid that was carted off to hospital or died?

what if the teacher caught the kid making a comment supporting CP and was planning on commiting rape CP with a much younger kid?

maybe it was justified - maybe it wasn't? Those would be reasons that I'd bet most of those who posted above against the violence would agree it was justified.

out of context it's really not fair to comment on it. Making comments out of context on an incident like this without knowing any facts on why shows no brain.

xclusive 03-03-2005 02:10 AM

kids today suck

wargames 03-03-2005 02:11 AM

That's fucked up.

zentz 03-03-2005 02:21 AM

$5 submissions 03-03-2005 06:30 AM

What's fucked up is the abuse of authority...

chodadog 03-03-2005 06:38 AM

That is fucked up. Was that a girl he was punching in the face? Hell, even if it was a guy, that's too far. Back when i went to school in Ireland, students used to cop a spanking from teachers at the front of the class if they were getting too rowdy, and i thought that was okay. Seemed to work at least. But punching in the face? Too far for my liking.

I don't think an adult beating a kid like that is ever justified... if it was bad enough, the authorities should be called... but an adult can't just let into a child like that.

I mean, a man hitting a woman is wrong, yet a woman is a lot less defenseless than a child.
