Hiring: Entry-level adultwebmaster in Toronto.
 

Well, the time has come... after 8 years in this amazing business I am ready to lease some office space and hire my first employee. After I train my first employee then more employees will follow.

I have been spending too much time lately on tasks that could easily and profitably be handed off to a less experienced (but motivated) adultwebmaster so I can spend time with the big projects.

The acquisition of office space is in progress.

Entry-Level Adultwebmaster Required:

I am looking for a fulltime entry-level adultwebmaster - by that I mean you must have mastered HTML (tables, forms, etc) but may have little or no experience in the adult business. Of course you must have experience in basic webmaster skills such as ftping, basic image editing, etc. Any other technical skills you have are a bonus such as database programming, graphic design, movie editing, etc.

I prefer someone that does not have much experience in the adult business but is eager to learn. You will learn firsthand how I make my money in this business and how you can too -- think of this not as a job, but as an apprenticeship. I am looking for The Apprentice. After working with me you should never have to work FOR anyone else ever again.

Not sure why you would teach this employee everything? Just show them the tasks you need them to do so they don't run off after 3 months thinking they know it all. Then you'll be left training again.

I thought of that... but if you think about it, it takes years of work even when you know what you are doing to build up a solid income. I dont expect this person to be entrylevel for ever. I have spent countless hours teaching my friends what i know and it still took them time to build up a nice income - more than 3 months.

What will this employee have to do?

The employee will be doing tasks that I have been doing for the past few years to build up my income to where its that. They are basic duties (thats why you only have to know HTML and basic webmaster functions) but with the right person it would be like getting a degree in adultwebmastering. They would learn the secrets that no one will tell you on a messageboard :winkwink:

I want someone whose eyes have been open to the potential of this business but does not know the best way to go about building a business. A person like that will be motivated and has already made the decision to work in adult.
