direct merchant account with Humboldt
 

I know this may not be news to anyone here, but Humboldt Merchant Services still processes adult transactions. As Visa continues to regulate this industry they have put specific restrictions on the amount of adult transaction we can process. We were recently in excess of our allowable volume, but are looking at April or May to open up an additioal $5,000,000 in adult processing room in our portfolio.

If you are interested in obtaining your own direct merchant account with a bank/processor who is committed to be in the adult for many years to come, read on. I am currently talking to several merchants to be sure they are on the top of the list when this does open up. Below is the requirements and pricing needed in order to obtain your own account:

-2 years in business
-currently processing $100K a month or more (this can be 3rd party, off shore, etc)
-current ChargeBacks under 1%
-US based only

Non Qualified rate 4.75%
Transaction fee $0.35 (including AVS)
Monthly Statement fee $10.00
High Risk registration / activation fee totals: $2790

These guys have been around processnig adult (at the bank level) for many moons.

Interesting, I heard you guys were bumping your cap on adult under 80/20 and couldn't take any more business on.

We try to keep our ratios at 85/15 in an effort to keep Visa from unnecessary audits etc. This also allows us room to increase existing adult accounts as needed once they are in the door if necessary. We have had a recent large increase in our non adult portfolio and as soon as we have $5million in adult room we will open the door until it is once again full.

We will be looking for solid accounts from $100K a month to $2million a month with proven history.
