Any idea why I can't select certain names in Trillian?

I have a folder in my list where I can see the names of the people but I can't even click on the name to popup the message box.

Any ideas why this is going on only w/ a few names?

I have problems where my folder when collapsed show there are contacts in them, but when I expand them I dont see any names
