Question about weighing down keywords and phrases

May sound like a strange question, but when weighing down keywords, does it matter if using bold tags or strong tags?
And if doing it to a keyphrase, like "Free teen video", would it be of any benefit to wrap each word individually in tags???
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Well in my blog situation, the header tags are used on other aspects, and would fuck up text size inside the article. see http://UncleInky.com

Would it be best then to define a heavier <h4> or something? And if so any specific values that help the process?
