ICQ version 5
 

Is anyone using this new version yet?
I'm just wondering how stable it is etc...

Especially would like to know how it manages ICQ history.

I haven't even heard of icq 5 :)

I'm using it.. it manages the history in the same way pretty much, but doesn't seem to carry it across. I don't like it, but it removes the send message lag. It has also hidden alot of key features that I still cant find like, import contact list, and alot of settings. Stay away -_-'

I like 2003b version better. I tried version 5 and I hate it.

Luckily it gives you an option to switch to ICQ Pro once logged on, and it switches to 2003B

I like it. So far no negative issues.

What do you hate about it? I have tried 2003b, but reverted back to 2003a.

I'm haven't updated since 2003a

icq has gone downhill. too bad i still need to use it for client work.
