Clapton who?
Four of britians greatest guitarists was at a reception at buckingham palace. But apparently the queen is not a big fan of rock music :1orglaugh
Eric Claption, Jimmy page, Jeff Beck, Brian May (ironicly from the band Queen) stepped in front of the Queen of GB.
When she came in front of them, she asked... and what do you do?... Brian May said "I played the national anthem from the top of Buckingham Palace at the Golden Jubilee Rock Concert in 2002" - Queen replied "Oh that was you?"
Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) also was met with a "So are you a guitarist too?"
And Eric Clapton didn't take any chances and quickly said his name - as to which the queen replied - "and how many years have you played the guitar?" - Amazingly looking like she didnt have a clue he was
