Braces - what are the best kind?
 

My teeth arent too bad in the front, but theyre pretty fucked up at the sides. i dont know if invisalign will work or not for em (invisalign.com)

are there any other options for invisible braces that work well?

If they don't make what you need with the invisble crap dont settle for a retainer. They are nearly useless.

Right...asking advice on gfy is WAY better than going to the orthodontist....

maybe people have had experiences and know what the current technology is like, or provide tips as to what to avoid to what to get

I have a slight crook on one of my teeth and it bothered me.. my ortho hooked me up with a slight variation of the Invisalign.... (he was one of the inventors 15 years back) and I love them... forget to wear them, but I love them =)

i may be getting braces as well, on my lower teeth, will probably just get the regular ones, not invisible

pretty darn invisible, actually. my ex's dad had them and it took me about a year to notice.

I hear the invisaligns are cool but they cost MUCH more in the long run, you have to wear them longer and I also hear that you actually have to wear the regular metal ones to finish up the straightening. But best to check with your Ortho about it.
