He's 'about to' shoot his load. As the sensation grows, he reaches ever so slightly over to grab some tissues. Has to do that while maintaining focus so as to not lose the sensation. He grabs the tissue to form a catchers mitt. LOL!

Me too, and i bet if we took a survey... we would not be the only ones... this artist got it very close... but not quite.
