Well here are 2 questions i have:

does your domain extension (.net, .com, .cc, .ws) make a difference in SE ranking?

Also.. does making replica SE pages for each group of recips you submit to make a difference? IE:

Same page, different recip on each page, or a group of recips with filenames index001.htm, index002.html ...etc make a difference?

Agreed, but there is a little too much speculation - you have to cut through the crap and pay attention to the posters who know what they're doing. It's a gold mind in any event just for the latest news, rumours, etc. If something happens in the SEO world, there's a thread (or ten) about it in about 5 seconds flat.

ya'll said to ask, so wheres the answers? lol

domain extension doesn't matter to SE's, but the surfer that does the search may prefer .com.

The pages will be filtered, but the one with the most rank should still rank.

goodgirl 03-01-2005 06:52 PM

The one with the most link weight should rank.

sheesh I need to go eat.

If its not good to do it, then how do you advise it be done? to have seperate pages for each recip you need to make

SEO forums suck.
Same shit over and over again.
"Google is plotting this that the other blah de fuck da blah..."

They spend all their time talking shit about their "theories" yet never actually test them.

nmcog 04-20-2005 07:34 PM

Dang, I forgot, there really is no money in SEO.

pxxx 04-20-2005 07:38 PM

from what I have read, Google frowns upon webmasters duplicating pages with the same recips to improve their PR. It might be beneficial to have a few pages with recips, the main page having the highest traffic links.

Google.com.. search for SEO tutorials and read the first one on the page, that guy seems to know whats going on. :2 cents:
