are reality sites dying out
at one point every other day it seemed like there was a new reality site launched but things seem to be slowing down
|
its all about solo/non-nude girls sites now

One based on a real fresh new idea and all exclusive content would still do great.
Just hasnt been many of those lately. :2 cents: |

the cost of filming is getting higher for some if these reality sites
|
slowed down a bit for me
|
its always the niche which converts not the "reality"
|
WTF are you talking about? They are converting better then ever!
|
We're still taking orders for new sites and reloads for the ones that are already running, if the concept is cool the site will sell, by now most surfers know that all reality is scripted so its not like theres a true hook to it. The girls have to be hot, the shots have to be quality and the updates need to bet there on a regular schedule to keep conversions and retentions high.

Mine havent flagged at all............ reality rocks!

I'm busier than ever filming so-called 'reality' sites for all kinds of niches, boy-girl, girl-girl, interracial, anal, three-ways, you name it. Forget that word reality, at this point it is meaningless. Good original video content with a theme or a hook, hot girls, and well executed, will continue to do well. :thumbsup

Everything is cyclical, and based on available bandwidth. Before widespread broadband, pictures and more pictures were it. As the internet gets faster the content gets to be more diverse.
Reality will always have a place, just like fetish sites, single girl sites, tranny sites, etc., but once the newness wears off the theme, and you start to get the web equivalent of Wife Swap and some of those other stupid shows on TV, then you start to see the ones that really are more original, have better marketing or some other hook become the ones with staying power. |
Are you kidding? Reality sites are doing great! At least ours are ;) It does help that we have very high quality exclusive content... :)
|
high quality and exclusive content is always good to have

If there's a few hot girls on your site that a surfer wants to fuck, expect a signup. It doesn't matter if it's reality or an amateur movie shot with a handycam. Who remembers the plot in porno. Let's not take ourselves too seriously. Nasty/Ox got the last of the important plot reality sites. After theirs became saturated reality as a genre stopped mattering.

i sure hope the fuck so the shit is boring

arereality shows dying out? do the math :winkwink:
|
Has been fairly steady for me :2 cents:
|
Reality shows:'00s = Gameshows:'70s = Sitcoms = '80s.

Programs are finding that they can release dvd sites for 1/10th the cost, and make about 50% of the money.
So do the math. |
Most of those "reality sites" that were being rolled out daily just plain sucked. Many of them were just DVD sites packaged as "reality sites". Now I have no problem with DVD sites at all, but pawning them off as reality is pretty silly. And then we have the other reality sites that just stop updating. They do 15, 20, 30 episodes and then move on to the next site. Yes, of course those sites are dying!
The GOOD reality sites are still around and kicking. Nasty Dollars, Bang Brothers... those guys created the reality site era and they're still on top of the game. Why? They update with new, hot girls every week on every site. The content quality is GOOD, no grainy crap. They give their members several different options for the videos. They give their members good quality pic sets. |
Reality sites are not dying, they're evolving --- or they SHOULD be, in any event.
Here's an excerpt: "Evolution is the result of the interaction between organisms and their environment. The suppression of sexual content in America has been a consistent environmental factor long enough for evolutionary responses to be in evidence. If anyone knows that demand has not been suppressed, we surely do. Though we have failed to respond and evolve our own products, others have, and we should closely scrutinize their examples. Television, both broadcast and cable, has many. Reality TV troubles me greatly, but I can?t help but admire what they are doing from a business standpoint and look for ways to apply those lessons online. By ?Reality? I don?t just mean unscripted scenarios using ?non-actors? ? we have plenty of that in our own Adult Reality and Gonzo niches. What I mean specifically is the staging of scenarios where people are made to do disgusting, humiliating, at times even horrifying things in exchange for money and short-lived fame. What message does it convey about us as a culture that we are prepared to condone what is essentially psychic prostitution of the most unusual and depraved forms, but can?t suffer the appearance of a single nipple on the Super Bowl? The fetishistic and quasi-sexual nature of these shows cannot be ignored, either. The ?contestants? are usually chosen for their physical attractiveness (unless it is the object of the program to torture someone who is overweight or plain), they are often in scanty attire, and the acts they are made to perform (the ingestion of living insects, immersion in vats of human feces, etc.) are thinly veiled BDSM of an extreme order. But put a harmless chick in latex on the air and the sky would fall. I see in the explosion of Reality programming during the last 5 years the outcry of consumers who have been too-long denied a healthy, tolerant perspective of their own sexuality, and the savvy opportunism of producers who recognized in these shows a way to deliver sexual intensity without the ?sex?. The lesson for us: There is clearly demand for situational content that shocks, titillates or otherwise elicits a strong emotional reaction. We should take advantage of what has been discovered on television, and become pioneers in the creation of a spectrum of content types, that will bridge hardcore to the mainstream in fine increments. If we do this, we?ll be able to blur the borders around ?sex? content, increase our traffic and revenues with new sites that draw clicks in their own right, are attractive to mainstream advertisers, and can be used to filter and feed over-21 traffic inward, towards the higher-converting, more explicitly sexual stuff." j- |

Reality is dead.
Blogging is dead. Solo girl sites are about to die. |
There are a couple sites that focus too much on the reality aspect and not enough on the sex, whats the point of having a great plot if the sex scence sucks

who do you guys think have the best reality sites on the web?
|
I don't agree about only "high quality and hot chicks" only being able to sell . There are lots of good converting sites with long lasting retention for some sites I been promoting that has half ass quality video content and the chicks are so - so .
I have couple programs in my mind I am thinking about wonder if anyone can guess who its not hard. |
