!!! I've lost 12 lbs in less than a month !!!
 
All I did was stop drinking soda and start walking. Every morning I set my alarm for 7am. When it goes off I get up and walk for an hour.

The day goes by so much better, too. I feel alert all day long and get more work done.

It's been almost a month now, but not quite. The first few weeks I didn't lose much but the last week and a half it just seems to be melting off.

Way to go!!! I lost 25 lbs last year and it seemed to go in waves. I would lose 5-6 and then plateau. Lose more, repeat.

Great man. Just remember not to quit when you reach a plateau.. It will only be for a little while and then you will start loosing weight again. If it does stay for a while you could start doing other forms of exercise and you will see results again.. :-)

Walking makes me feel good so I have no plans to stop. I'm not looking forward to the plateau's, however. :(

congrats! I have cut back on alot of my soda drinking and do a little bit of cardio and do walking outside if it is nice out. I'm back down to where I was last summer.

That's great...
I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks by stopping the beer, and eating more fruits and veggies.
I also play 4 hours of Badminton, 2 hours of hockey and 2 hours of cycling a week...it helps a lot !

Congrats!!! Soda is a killer!! I stopped drinking soda and gatorade and I got CUT. You don't realize how much sugar/arbs those things are filled with.
