Zero Rebills in IBill!? What the fuck!?
 

Am I the only one? What the hell is going on?

This is bad... very bad. I thought this was supposed to be fixed on the 4th!

Yeah, it blows. This is in my CMI, dont know about yours.

IMPORTANT NEWS
Dear Clients,

As you are aware we are in the process of reconfiguring our system architecture. During this phase of the system update we have migrated from our old rebiller module to a new rebiller module.

Rest assured that rebills are being run every day with the main issue being replication into the relevant databases so that CMI can read the information. This process will be automated so that rebills run on one day will be viewable via the CMI on the next day.

We have also experienced some anomalies associated with the switch to the new rebiller. All known rebill issues will be resolved at the database level within the next few days.

Another update regarding this situation will be posted by 12:00 pm EST on Monday December 10, 2001.

Been like that since the 28th. None have showed up for me yet. Supposedly they are being recorded, just not showing up. We shall see.

And if they dont show up... a mass exodus of biblical proportions will occur. It would be amazing to watch.

this is scarry. With Vegas around the corner, im trying to figure out how to get some extra cash in time to enjoy myself.

Im almost despirate enough to start doing paid advertising rates. That shit sucks, never do as well as pushing the shit direct.

I also have some offers for some PRE-PAY SIGNUP offers, but I hate having to owe Joe Blow 250 signps on some site that isnt converting when I could be pushing something that is converting with half the traffic.
The good programs never offer me PRE-PAY.


I just may have to sell out and do this though.

Vegas is around the corner. This sucks.

My bet is Ibill maxed their merchant account, I wouldn't panic, just means they'll have it increased and by the next check everything should be sorted out. Would have been nice to get an Appology letter or at very least a 'heads up' about it from them though......

Oh please, like you've got a clue. This is a database admin with a severe crack problem. As in they can't pull their heads out of their arse cracks. One day to get db replication..shessh. IBill: Buy a support contract and get it sorted.

so my only really fucked days are 11/30, 12/02 and 12/08 (completely missing). 12/03 - 12/05 and 12/07 are also partially fucked.

anyone with a paysite who is missing a week or more solid??

Ibill lost there main programmer.
There having a hard time catching up
In the world of processing there are everyday problems that need constant fixing
With out a lead guy who know the system, things do not get fixed quickly.

I called and have been asking the same questions all week about my rebilling.
This was told to me first hand from a lady in customer support.

I can understand and be patient.
I was told that they are a little behind and are catching up.

One thing I like about CCbill.
There tech department is sharp
and they work one on one with there clients to solve any problems right away.
I have had few problems with them.

I run paysites with iBill as well, and all of my rebills are totally caught up, excluding rebills that were processed today (12/9/01), which was to be expected since they say on the Main Menu that rebills processed on one day won't be viewable til the next. HOPEFULLY they are sorting all of their problems.

Incognito: correct, the one above is my *best* site.

LukieD: I don't use an affiliate program for my paysites ie: i do not payout to other webmasters (all sales and rebills are 100% mine). we do things a little differently than most. and i'd never post a url side-by-side with it's stats. or make it a habit to post any urls on a message board, for that matter ;)

CC: lol. cool, my rebills are completely caught up now as well - except like you say, for 12/09. hopefully everyone else is seeing the same.

I bill sucks in the past months for me . I'm pretty sure they had a big fuckup.

... the thing is rebills do show up in masteraccounts ... but they don´t show up in refsharer accounts ... and today is the 10th day in a row it has been like this. but let chill ... ibill says it´s just a technical problem, not a big deal at all ...

i-bill, show me the rebills. (the above is for the past 4 weeks from today) BTW -- I began promoting this sponsor on Oct. 29th 2001, and that one lone rebill came on Nov. 28th. Since the 28th I should have seen some more rebills up to now. Yesterday for example (sunday the 9th of Dec.) I had 3 scheduled rebills. Shouldn't at least one have done so?

And before Labret gets on me for making so little, remember this is only one of my sponsors. I have nearly 20 in all. Not bad for a %&#@! freehoster, eh?

Now show me the rebills! Fuck, it takes like 2 minutes to tap out a small news item and another few seconds to upload it to the server so us webmasters can be informed and thus put at ease. We need to know for SURE that the rebills are at least being tracked accurately and that we will be paid for them in spite of what the stats say.

And I think our tension is justified, seeing as it's getting pretty damn close to the holidays. Some people might not be able to see their fucking families at Christmas because of this shit.

The odd thing is, is if I view my daily totals in the CMI one day at a time, rebills are all fucked up. If I view them "Also display every daily total between From and To" it shows my rebills (all of them) just fine. Except no rebills for today.

This was in my CMI.

Well I'm glad at least they are saying SOMETHING. This page is not in my CMI and the wierd thing is for some accounts I have no news at all in the CMI... Too wierd.

Well this is good news I suppose -- at least they are posting updates.
