Members Area Management.....Are you have a hard time?
 

Are you having a hard time managing your entire members area? Is it too much work? Does it cost too much money? Are you loosing members? Retention 1 month or less? If you had a choice to lease ( just like feeds ) but an entire members area, would you?

We use MAS from Mansion Productions so maintaining the members areas on 25 sites is a piece of piss.

Easy.. someone provides a member db of ppl looking for dates... so i can make a dating paysite.... ;)

Are you showing signs of being desperate of advertisers on your board or something? I was coming very close to advertising on your board but now if you pay me i wouldnt...AdultLounge is one of the fastest growing programs out there and we have been in development for over year and a half and about to start advetising on board...your fired!

Wouldnt lease a member area, one time investments are better then one coming back each month. I saw your member area(s) and i must admit it's a pretty set up you got, if you are planning on leasing them i think it could be a big hit. But on the other hand you are giving away your secrets & tricks, i assume at least since you want to keep up the retention.

Just my two cents.

When are you coming back to the states? We need some good brit humor over here in NJ.

And I have to admit that although MAS is a powerful tool for maintaining and updating the members areas, it always comes to content and fresh ideas that make it look good and retain great.

It wouldn't work for most companies, who's content needs are very specific.

However, for someone new to open up a turnkey site with a small up front investment.... Might just be a good idea.

it's very common in germany - market works completely different here. so it's not a new idea, it's just that program owners from the US or Canada or wherever have another understanding about how to build a paysite than the smalltime webmasters from germany. :2 cents:
