Why can I not click on certain names on Trillian?

Any idea why I can't click on certain names on my Trillian list? It's probably something simple.

i noticed it does it in yahoo or some other one to people offline since it is too stupid to deliver offline messages..

Odd that some work and some don't. These are ICQ #s too.
