has anyone had any luck with ibill? i am trying to call now and no one seems to answer the phone and there is no receptionist either..seems like the phone system is set up to basically keep people going in loops.

IBILL committed fraud the day they stopped paying webmasters money that had already been collected for memberships. As far as i know they never paid a penny of the web 900 fiasco a few years back now this. With my 2 merchant accounts the money goes into our banks within 3 days that's adult and mainstream.
My feeling is it should be made law that all companies trading as online processors should be made to keep at least enough liquid assets on hand to pay its clients for 3 months should anything like this happen again. Banks are required to have vast assets so why not online processing companies. This may help keep fly by nights from opening up and running off with our hard earned cash ? . |

Ibill is a criminal enterprise, so I wouldn't expect much from them. Nevermind that they fucked over all their customers and webmasters and tried to blame it on their bank. I was talking to a guy last night that fell for all that gcard shit. Ibill switched his recurring over to that and has been billing every customer for 4 months - and guess what - not 1 dime from that either.
They are actually worse than Globill. At least Globill didn't pretend to have some solution and talk you into another 4 months of processing and then keep 100% of that too. |
I heard they lost their merchant account back in October. Is this true?
