Content management and dynamic websites

a program/script for members area content management, for updating the pages and such so that the sites will become dynamic, php/cgi/perl are welcome but NO ASP.

its cool 400 bucks incl installing and works, not as sophisticated as others but it does the job for over a yr now for all our sites :) and great support
