If they terminated your service they are under NO OBLIGATION to let you have anything back.

All they have to do is remove the user and that removes all files also.

I don't think they'd do that.

Haven't had a single problem with high country hosting, in fact they have been extremely helpful and icq support rocks, even on a sunday afternoon i had shit fixed for me on a managed box over there. :thumbsup

oh nevermind i just noticed you run stolen/illegal content sites.

Also hosting my Sites there...no Problems till now! The ICQ Support Rocks... Don't know why you have problems with them....
