if this is because its the end of feb i thought the sites rebilled at 30 days not at the end of the month so members who joined on 29th jan rebill 1st of march i maybe mistaken though

No because what would happen then is someone would end up rebilling on the 1st and the 31st of the same month.....they'd have 2 charges on the same statement and flip out and get one (or both) refunded.

So the signup page says you'll be rebilled every 1 month until cancelled.
So everyone who rebilled last month on the 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st should rebill today. (the ones who haven't cancelled at least)

Rebills usually go every 30 days, not every month...

For Example:
A signup on February 1, wouldnt rebill until April 3...

i will check my mail box at the end of the day but i thought it was every 30 days not by per month

I'm 99% sure you're wrong on that one. Like I said, if I rebilled on Jan1 then I'd have to rebill again on Jan 31....that would be a nightmare for customer support.

Maybe other processors do it differently but I know last year with Epoch Feb 28th was a HUGE day for this reason.

under CCBill, when you setup the recurring price, you setup an X amount of DAYS. Usually 30 days.

So the members gets rebilled after 30 days. No matter what day or month it is. After 30 days: bam! rebill.

I think that'll be the case with most procs?

which billing do you use?

Pretty sure that billing works on a 30 day cycle, been that way since the beginning unless something has changed?

Bullshit. If you set the rebill days to 15, it will be rebilled after 15.
That's the beauty about the CCBill system: it doesn't matter if the month is 28, 30 or 31 days....it'll rebill at your set days. Which most people set on 30....

Not sure if jettis does it different but having a big day at one reoccuring sponsor that uses jettis.
