How much water do you drink a day? (People who work out)
how much water do you ppl (who work out) drink?
i have like 4 Normal size water bottles a day its like 23.7FL.OZ a bottle Do i need more? |
I generally just drink all day, as I'm living in Vegas. It's so dry out here that if you don't constantly drink water, you'll dehydrate fast. I'd say I go through about 7 32 oz bottles.

when i am working out heavily i will usually drink more gatorade in addition to a litre or two of water. if you're working out you're better off with the electrolytes in gatorade. |

5 AquaFinas a day. On average. Add a couple gatorades to the equation on the weekends. The only time I get to work out.

I drink 2 of the 1.5litres from Trader Joe each day. Works for me since I do an hour of cardio each morning.

It all depends on the colour of your urine. The clearer it is, the healthier you are!

I just started doing a pretty intense workout plan, but from everything I have read you should drink approximately 1 gallon a day but judge by the color of your urine. It should be slightly yellow or clear. If its dark or medium color you need more water.
I usually have water with my protein shake right after I work out then drink at least 2 liters of water the rest of the day. When its all said and done I drinking 2.5 - 3.0 liters of water all day long. Don't forget about your proteins too. |
