Designer Needed For Mainstream Site
 

I am in need of a designer for a mainstream site.
Please post portfolio, general pricing and references.
All psd files will be required upon completion.
General site theme is a 1960's Diner.
Site will consist of a job posting page, a job listing page, a signup page, a default home page.
A template page will also be required for future expansion of the site.
Navigation can be either across the top or left side of page.
Right side of each page will be for advertisements.
Do not concern yourself with the scripting as I have that covered. I only need the tables defined to place the scripts.
Flash not required.
Pages need to work on both Apache and IIS and be viewed correctly in all browsers.
Default size is 800*600 but needs to expand for higher resolutions.

Those offering month long contractors need not reply at this time as this project should not take long to complete but I will keep your contact information on file for upcoming projects.

Those who offer a quote but say they can not get to it for a few weeks also need not reply.

All offers will be considered and a designer will be chosen on Wednesday from all quotes.
