I ordered a 20GB mp3 player from Dell, along with a carrying case and a cassete tape adapter for my car.
Turns out I already had an adapter that worked with my CD player, so I called Dell to make a return on the $20 cassette tape adapter. They credited my account for the $20 and told me to keep the adapter :thumbsup

The Dell DJ? I have it and love it. I don't have the car adapter but I do have an adapter that plugs into my surround sound receiver, it's awesome.

I was just reading the Napster site. I really want their To Go service but it looks like its only available for the Dell DJ Pocket. You know anything about this?

Dell USA rocks! Unfortunately their Canadian counterparts are not up to par. My Dell PC that I bought in 1999 is still running beautifully.

I called and was told that the new firmware will be released on March 3.
