like exactly which pieces of information you need... i.e... address SSN + EIN + TAX ID etc etc....

this is how it is..

CCBill

persons name its under
Company in the states
Company has to be registered under the person that lives in the states
physical address
SSN
EIN
Tax Id number


Paycom

-owner can live in canada..
-only requires physical addess in the states (incorporation company supplies that)
-can use my passport (canadian)

why dont u call paycom and ask?

The requirements for Paycom should be the same as CCBill US, if you're Canadian, you need to create a US company --

oh i know that....

but ccbill requires the person who onws the company to live in the states as well...

I disagree - Netbilling is the safest and cheapest way to go.
