How do I get my money back from overture?
 

I signed up, payed $180, and submitted three diferent ads for review three weeks ago. They disapproved one of them, and have ignored my emails about the other two (besides one response that said "we'll put this matter on urgent status and get back to you asap" - that was 10 days ago).

Tired of waiting... I've never even done a chargeback before, if it comes to that, what grounds does one need to successfully chargeback a purchase?

I just told them their service and site sucked and wanted me money back and they refunded it.

you'll have to threaten a chargeback, that's the only way they'll take you seriously.

It is amazing how horrible they are. Then I put in some new ads last night and they rejected the first one in 5 minutes. No waiting to be rejected....

Overture is only good for one thing... using their FREE research data to do a Google Adwords campaign.

Really the only two things I dislike about Overture are:

1.) The billing structure. I don't like having to deposit money into my account and let them earn interest on it while they take a month to approve my listings lol.

2.) The fact that they take a month to approve a listing! haha

I love Google's billing structure, I wish there were more PPC engines that did that.

no I think many people have problems with them.

chargebacks on cc is pretty easy. they always favor the customer.

overture doesn#t care for your shitty 180 bucks
they will have no problem refunding you lol
